Regular Registration Period: February 15 – March 18, 2026
Late Registration Period: March 19 – April 18, 2026
Onsite Registration: Opens April 15, 2026

CANCELLATION & REFUND DEADLINES
SEJ aims to make registration as flexible as possible while ensuring responsible event planning. Please review the cancellation terms below:
Cancel by March 23, 2026 → Full refund
Cancel March 30, 2026→ 50% refund
Starting March 31, 2026 → No refunds
Tickets, attendee registrations cannot be transferred
Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation
